Seasons of West Dean

I attend the West Dean Arts Foundation at least 4 times a year and sketch roughly from the same place, looking up the expansive grassland to the arbourium at the top of the hill. The view changes at twilight and nightfall, with the seasons. I have created three paintings highlighting the dramatic and sometimes subtle changes in colour and temperature. Probably a few more to come.
