I am so enjoying mixed media. A facination with the texture and form of trees with sunlight and the dark shadows created through the multitude of suble colours. 50cm x 50cm on board using softpastel conte, gesso and Acrylic.

Hugo was painted for a dear friend to go along with her picture of her Boarder Terrier. I enjoyed working in oils to create this image. I don't paint dogs. you probably don't believe that given the number I have completed, but people keep asking and I cant refuse!
